Our Team
Software Engineer / Dachshund Director
A specialist in trades, projects, ERP, and manufacturing software, with over a decade of experience in business management, analysis, and financials. She’s passionate about helping businesses improve workflow efficiency and unlock their full financial potential.
She’s also a Cyber Security Analyst for a well-known IT provider and is in the final stages of completing a Bachelor of Software Engineering, specialising in Cyber Security with a focus on governance and compliance.
Billiejean’s dedication to her craft has earned her recognition, including being named a finalist for both Bookkeeping and Training awards NZ wide.
Dog mum to 5 boisterous daschunds based in Christchurch, NZ.

Software Efficiency Alchemist / Workflow Boss
Meet Crystal, our Simpro specialist. She has more than a decade of experience in business operations, system implementation, system optimisation and staff training. She joined us after 5+ year career working at Simpro Group in Implementation, People Development and then the Partnership team.
Her vibrant personality keeps training engaging (no snooze fest here!), combine that with her wealth of knowledge in all things Simpro and you know you are in good hands to get your Simpro streamlined and running at maximum power.
Crystal is originally from Tauranga, NZ, but now based in Bundaberg, QLD, AU. She is an avid animal lover and has 2 dogs (Zero, a 70kg Neapolitan Mastiff and Lotus, a husky), 16 chickens and ducks, and also owns 3 horses (Diva, Mousse and River) and loves to hone her dressage skills or pick up a paintbrush in her spare time. It’s a busy life in either red high-heels and lipstick helping clients kick their system goals, or chasing animals in gumboots with hay in her hair!

I enjoy spending time with my dogs when I'm home, and in my downtime, I love watching Netflix.
