A small team (2 coaches, 5 admin) so you'll get personal attention and time with the principal, Jon.

It's business coaching, not a linear course - you'll decide what to do, with Jon - and you'll do what your business needs the most and then what it needs next - not what's next on the list.

## Our Team
- **David McLean — Coach** — David has owned and run a business of 60 people, an RTO providing training services to businesses and government agencies. He was successful and sold his business and moved into coaching and mentoring because he wanted to share his knowledge and help people have the same success he had. He joined forces with Small Fish because he likes what we stand for (see our values) and he likes what we’re doing (and also tradies). He’s an experienced businessman and business coach and he and Jon are our coaching team. He lives in Murwillumbah, NSW

### How much does it cost?
The business coaching program costs $2200 per month (+GST if you’re in Australia) or $24,000 + GST if you pay for a year in one go – save $2400. There’s no minimum term commitment but you should think of it as at least a year and probably (if you’re doing the work and seeing the improvements) 2 or 3.
