Founder & MD
Jo is the founder of Lollipop and the creator of the Fire & Security Visibility Engine™ and Black Belt Fire & Security Sales Framework — two proven systems designed specifically for growing Fire & Security companies.
She’s been helping installers, guarding firms and F&S suppliers stand out since 2010, with a no-fluff, strategy-first approach that’s delivered millions of pounds in leads and sales.
Jo first discovered the Fire & Security world in a karate class, sparring with the Sales Director of Spy Alarms - one of the biggest independent F&S companies in the South East at the time. That unexpected connection kicked off a 15 year (so far) journey helping Fire & Security professionals sharpen their message and confidently win better work.
Creative Director
Jon has spent over 15 years in the Fire & Security sector - attending the trade shows, talking to directors and dissecting hundreds of websites and sales funnels. He combines deep industry knowledge with expertise in direct response copywriting, helping F&S companies turn great service into clear messaging that actually wins work.
A former martial arts instructor, Jon first got into marketing after building a WordPress blog for his club... and never looked back. Since then, he’s studied sales and copywriting legends, becoming known for uncovering what really makes a business special and communicating that in plain, powerful language.
Today, Jon leads Lollipop’s content strategy and messaging work, helping Simpro users translate technical excellence into sales-ready marketing. Like Jo, he works only with third-party certified companies and is passionate about helping smaller firms compete without compromising who they are.
