Keep your own number and telco; incoming and outgoing calls are captured with no extra hardware. Green Weka is a communications and memory system for people whose work happens on the phone, in the field, or between meetings. Built in New Zealand and serving customers in New Zealand, Australia, and the United States, it captures, transcribes, and summarizes mobile calls while allowing users to keep their existing phone number and carrier. It identifies customer requests and action items, then connects them to the relevant customer, job, or business system.
Beyond calls, Green Weka brings together team chat and connected Gmail or Microsoft email, surfacing important messages in a shared view. Its tools include a receptionist for missed calls, voice and chat assistants for finding information, meeting capture, and dictation. Appointments identified in calls and emails can be added to Google Calendar or Outlook, while integrations include job management, accounting, CRM, and task platforms such as Fergus, Xero, HubSpot, Asana, Todoist, and Microsoft To Do. Green Weka also offers iOS and Android apps, web access, and personal customer onboarding.

Any Simpro build. You enter your own Simpro web address when connecting, sign in to Simpro, and choose the company to link. Multi-company builds are supported.
No. You sign in on Simpro’s own page and approve the connection; Green Weka receives an access token, never your password. You can disconnect at any time.
