To make it easy and flexible, you can book random hourly session and also choose a monthly fee option that includes dedicated training hours, giving your business ongoing access to support, learning, and upskilling as and when you need it.

I help you create Champions by combining technical Simpro know-how with operational knowledge and leadership skills. This reduces reliance on external consultants and gives your business long-term capability. 
Yes. The Growth Guide is my coaching and mentoring service for owners, managers, and Champions. It helps you build confidence, resilience, and leadership skills so you can lead your team and your system effectively. This is about people and culture, not just technology. I also have online learning programs to facilitate the 'people' growth.
No. While Simpro is my specialty, I also help businesses with operational processes, SOPs, onboarding programs, and leadership development. Many of my services apply across your entire business, not just your software. My expertise is learning, development & performance and I can apply these skills to any business.
Most of my services are delivered online, giving businesses the flexibility to access training and consulting no matter where they are. For clients in South East Queensland (Australia) and surrounding regions, in-person sessions can also be arranged when appropriate. While full-day consulting is available, my approach is built on learning agility: shorter, focused sessions (typically 90–120 minutes) are proven to help teams embed knowledge and apply it straight away—without the overwhelm of information overload.

If you’re unsure, the best first step is a 30-minute free strategy session where we discuss your business, uncover the areas that need the most support, and outline the best pathway forward.
