Francois Steyn is a Mechanical Engineer and founder of CSWorx, bringing decades of senior leadership and C-suite experience in industrial service and engineering businesses. He understands the KPIs that matter; revenue, margin, utilisation, and cash, and works hands-on with OEMs and contractors to strengthen systems and improve commercial performance. Just as importantly, Francois understands the human side of service. Seeing both technicians and customers as people. He believes even simple acts of hospitality and care can lift a service team from transactional to relational, helping businesses build operations that scale and relationships that stick.
