FAQ

When a job is confirmed in Simpro with a start date, CloudSWMS triggers automatically. It pulls the job details, site address and assigned workers directly from Simpro, then creates a site-specific SWMS and site induction via Foreman AI. Workers receive their documents via SMS the evening before they're due on site.
No manual data entry required!

No. CloudSWMS reads directly from your Simpro jobs, staff and contractor records. Once connected, your compliance workflow runs automatically from the moment a job is confirmed.
No double handling, no spreadsheets!

Yes. CloudSWMS is purpose-built for Australian WHS law, covering all states and territories including NSW, VIC, QLD, WA, SA, TAS, ACT and NT. All documents, sign-offs and records are stored in a timestamped, audit-ready format that meets the requirements of SafeWork inspectors, insurers and head contractors.
Workers receive a personalised SMS and email the evening before they're due on site. They click the link, review their trade-specific SWMS and site induction on their phone, and sign digitally. The whole process takes around five minutes and is completed before anyone arrives on site.
If a worker hasn't signed by their scheduled start time, CloudSWMS automatically alerts the foreman. The foreman can resend the document with one tap. An end-of-day reminder is also sent to any worker who remains unsigned at 5pm.
Yes. Licence details for every worker and subcontractor are stored in CloudSWMS and monitored automatically. The foreman receives an alert before any licence expires — covering White Cards, high-risk work licences, electrical licences, plumbing licences, builder's licences and more.
CloudSWMS posts a compliance summary directly to the relevant Simpro job record showing which workers have signed their SWMS, who has completed their site induction, and any licence alerts. Signed SWMS PDFs are also attached to the job as documents.
CloudSWMS is available by monthly subscription from $119/month (Site plan, up to 10 sites) or $258/month (Growth plan, unlimited sites). Pay-as-you-go SWMS signature bundles are also available through Bunnings for businesses that prefer no ongoing subscription.

Connection takes less than five minutes. From your CloudSWMS dashboard, click Connect to Simpro, log in with your Simpro credentials and authorise the integration. CloudSWMS will immediately begin monitoring your jobs for upcoming start dates and trigger compliance workflows automatically.
