The Simpro integration removes double entry between the two systems: search for a Simpro job by number or customer name from inside CertMate, select it to prefill the customer and site details automatically, complete and digitally sign the document, then push the finished PDF straight back onto that Simpro job as an attachment. Nothing syncs in the background, only the specific job a technician selects.
