With over two decades of experience in IT services, technology programs, and ERP systems, I am a business systems consultant who helps clients execute their business strategy through effective innovation and technology investment. As the Director and Alchemist at Business System Alchemy, I lead a team of experts who solve business process issues by finding the right formula of people, process, and technology.

My specialties include acquisition/merger integration, business case formulation, technology solution sourcing, evaluation, and selection, and business program/project recovery. I have overseen significant programs focused on developing long term sustainable change in culture, people, process, clients, and financial measures across various industries globally. I believe that IT should enhance a business, not provide road-blocks, and that IT should provide value to the business, from the initial implementation and through ongoing continuous improvement.

I'm passionate about supporting and facilitating business strategy execution through effective innovation and technology investment, with no ties to any particular system or methodology. My aim is to deliver whatever solution works best for the business. I have over twenty years of experience as a business systems consultant with exposure to IT services, software development and design projects, ERP/BMS systems and Building Services globally.

I have a unique IT background, having worked as an end-user in a Service department, an ERP Software Consultant and as a Business Solutions Architect for a global organisation. This has given me a driving interest to ensure IT systems fit process - I've experienced first hand the frustration and reluctance to engage when they don't. My specialties include acquisition/merger integration, business case formulation, software and solution design, software evaluation and selection, and business process change.
