As the founder of Bright Business Advice, Emerson combines a background in electronic engineering, marketing and account management with more than two decades’ experience coaching businesses. After a decade as an ActionCOACH he created the Bright 7‑Sector Orbit system to help mechanical & electrical, fire & security and construction contractors boost profits, build scalable systems and develop effective leaders.
Emerson is passionate about emotional intelligence and peer learning; he hosts Mastermind LIVE events and encourages owners to move from reactive firefighting to proactive, confident leadership.
Business Coach
Ian is an ICF‑certified professional coach who has been growing and developing companies since 2003.
A systems and communications specialist, he’s helped more than 100 businesses win new clients and create significant recurring revenue streams. Ian is passionate about implementing the Bright 7‑Sector Accelerator System and inspires clients to build systems for rapid growth while nurturing leadership teams. He has won awards including South African Business Organisation Coach of the Year (2017) and COMENSA Coach of the Year (2018).
Outside work he’s a keen golfer and traveller and is based in Yorkshire

Garry’s ability to step back and understand a situation before finding a way forward underpins his success as a Bright Business coach. He spent a decade leading B2B sales at Konica Minolta, taking his team to European awards, before launching and later selling his own comms and print business, Admiral Business Systems.
A strong advocate of the Bright 7-Sector Orbit system, Garry credits a monthly morning “on the business” for reducing unpleasant surprises.
His big goal is to take the Bright 7‑Sector Orbit to Melbourne within three years, and he pledges to help clients win more contracts, increase net profits and regain work‑life balance.

Michael began his career as an independent consultant in the late 1990s, advising IT firms in San Diego. He then spent six years auditing and coaching hauling companies across the US, improving operations, finance and customer service. After relocating to the security industry, he helped organisations enhance processes, service delivery and financial performance for fourteen years, while also building a property portfolio during the housing market collapse. Michael holds a BSc in Computer Science and an MSc in Business and Technology Management and now uses Bright’s 7-Sector Accelerator System to streamline operations and reduce costs through technology.

With more than 20 years’ experience, Paul is a dedicated business coach and sales-and-marketing communication specialist who has helped launch four start-ups and reshape numerous businesses at board level. He prides himself on helping clients master core business disciplines and turn competitive advantage into measurable results. Paul also has over eight years’ experience developing franchises and now leads Bright Business Advice’s franchise growth efforts. Recent roles include Chief Revenue Officer for Flip Out Europe and Head of Franchising for Flip Out UK. Away from work he’s a keen golfer and restores vintage hats and classic cars.
