Basepoint Solutions is a business consulting service built specifically for trade businesses, including electricians, plumbers, carpenters and builders. It was founded by Lily Kean, who brings first-hand experience from the construction industry and has seen how easily trade business owners get pulled into admin instead of the work they actually enjoy.The idea behind Basepoint is simple: your software isn't the problem, how it's set up is. Instead of just handing over advice, Lily works directly with business owners to build and implement practical systems that make job tracking, workflows and day to day admin actually work the way they should.Basepoint specialises in full Simpro system setups, making sure the software your business already pays for is properly optimised for how you actually operate. Clients start with a free initial consultation, making it easy to spot the gaps and see what fixing them would look like, so business owners can get back to focusing on the work they love.

Today I'm an official Simpro Partner and Simpro Specialist, working exclusively with electricians, plumbers, carpenters and builders to get their Simpro setup right. I don't just hand over recommendations and walk away. I build the systems myself, migrate your data, train your team and hand everything over with a manual, so your business runs the way it should from day one.
